As a semi-oceanfront property, it boasts unmatched views of the ocean from the newly constructed deck, complete with hot tub, and from all windows facing the ocean. The main level includes living room, dining area, laundry room, and well equipped kitchen with sea-glass-looking countertops, bar sink, and wine refrigerator. The first floor also features a Master bedroom with a queen bed, a wall-mounted TV, two full bathrooms, and a Bunk Room that sleeps four with a Smart TV. The upper level boasts two bedrooms, one queen and the other with a full bed, as well as a half bath. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED for your convenience.
Beat the heat with our ground level outdoor seating area with sofa, table, chairs, picnic table, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A utility closet houses beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, bikes, corn hole boards, beach toys, and a large beach cart for easy transportation to the beach.
